Worksites and Scenarios

• A realistic under-construction three-storey building, including a basement
• Location setup, including truck balancing with outriggers
• Operate the Schwing hand controls and interpret Vector Control System data
• Basic boom raising/lowering and unfolding/folding procedures
• Operator movement around and away from the truck
• Pour concrete into forms at ground level
• Raise and maneuver boom for third-floor operations

3D Graphics and User Environment

• Immersive 3D graphics, including sun, wind, cloud and fog controls
• The Vector Control System includes displays for engine RPM, concrete pump pressure, strokes per minute, and hydraulic pressure
• Real-time information about pump operation
• Accurate generation of shadows to heighten operator perceptions
• Actual concrete-pump hand controls to enhance training experience
• Optional: Circular level for verifying pump balance and stability, and choice of Imperial or Metric measurement system

Instructor's Module

• Monitor and override all operator controls
• Load, edit and save various training scenarios
• Bird’s-eye-view operation support
• Options to generate constant wind or wind gusts
• Enable or disable any object in the scene or move objects
• Modify environment parameters such as sun orientation to alter shadow patterns, and add fog and wind
• Enable or disable sound effects
• Display pump log events and track student progress with a student log
• Also useful for training worksite signalers to provide operators with accurate instructions and guidance
